Key Responsibilities:

 

- Support sales with network designs and answer partner/customer questions

- Assist in meetings, pre-staging, and setup for partners/clients

- Help customers with installations and best practices

- Create best practice guides and conduct training sessions

- Demonstrate products and provide technical support during events

- Occasional travel within the UK and Europe

 

Current and Future Projects:

 

- LAN, WAN, Wireless, Security (Firewalls/UTMs)

 

Training & Development:

 

- Technical certification opportunities

- Access to INE/TechNuggets resources

 

Career Advancement:

 

- Opportunities in training roles

- Potential for a European pre-sales leadership position

 

Required Skills & Experience:

 

- Expertise in network technologies, security, wireless, and cloud-based solutions

- Knowledge of Cisco/Meraki and Aruba is a plus

- Strong WAN/Security background
