- Lead projects to enhance People practices.

- Implement action plans to embed into their culture.
- Support HR policy implementation and project tasks.
- Manage communication strategy and website projects.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualified or equivalent.
- Experience in HR transformation and project management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- SC Clearance required.
