Key Responsibilities:
- Provide second-line technical support to our diverse client base, ranging from two-man operations to larger enterprises.
- Proactively monitor and manage clients' networks to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement IT strategies that align with their business goals.
- Conduct network audits and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
- Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in IT support, with a focus on second-line support with ambition of moving into a 3rd line position at some stage.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across various platforms and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and best practices.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery planning, including business continuity strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
